How We Prepare You to Pass Your Exam:

The seminar will teach you how to pass your Principles & Practices exam -- the first time! Students will discuss building construction standards, CILB and ECLB and other board rules and regulations, liquefied petroleum gas, fire prevention, flood insurance, motor vehicle licenses, workers compensation, and the construction lien laws.

At the conclusion of the day, students will have covered the required information for the Florida Principles & Practices examination. Comprehensive sets of practice test questions are provided as take home assignments. These questions are designed to "hone" the student’s ability to quickly look up and answer questions similar to those that will be encountered on "test day". Additionally, all of these valuable test questions have complete solutions and page references - not just answer keys!
