How We Prepare You to Pass Your Exam:
Our four-day seminar is designed to prepare you to pass the ICC Residential examinations required for the Residential One and Two Family Dwelling Inspector exams the first time! The item bank of questions for are largely “cross focused” on similar code subject matter – therefore we prepare our students by teaching the relevant information in a concise, organized, systematic format that has proven to be the most successful ever! If you are only sitting for single “residential” exams, choose the appropriate day to attend.
Each day explains the Code chapter-by-chapter for the specific discipline, demonstrating fundamental principles and interpretations, then applying specific code provisions to the plans and applicable specifications. Students are continually challenged to think about code applications throughout the course through discussions regarding errors and omissions frequently found at the construction site.
At the conclusion of this course, students will have covered the required information for all four of the Residential Inspector examinations.
Students have access to 6 months for all four days online with unlimited practice exams following class.
